WE ARE A NEW CONCEPT IN CREW PLACEMENT. By placing professional qualified crew on luxury megayachts, 100 ft. and above. We focus our experience to ensure and maintain the highest standard in the yachting industry.

WE ARE OFFERING YOU OUR EXPERIENCE and assistance to shape your career and make it successful. Our process ensures us the opportunity to match the yacht and crew qualifications for the perfect job fit.

THE ELITE APPLICATION PROCESS WILL INCLUDE:
• Initial contact via E-mail, fax, phone, mail, seminar or in person.
• Supply us with your full resume, minimum 4 verifiable references, and photo.
• This is followed by full reference checks and past employer verification by Elite Crew International.
• If you meet the "Elite" standard we will let you know after the interview.
• This personalized interview is conducted by an experienced yachting placement consultant.
• Completion of six-page application specific to your field will follow on our computer database.
• Once you are in our system, Elite Crew International will then do all possible to match your qualifications with the job right for you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
• A complete updated resume/curriculum vitae.
• Complete letters of references with contact numbers.
• Current and complete copies of passport, visas, licenses and certificates.
• Other certificates relevant to the position applied for.
• Professional appearance, bring one clear head shot photo.

SPECIFIC TO YOUR FIELD, BRING:
• Chefs: Seven-day menu include, breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvre, dinner (5 course), desserts. Bring minimum 5 photos of you favorite presentations and two yachts you have worked on.
• Stewards/Stewardess: Bring photos of table settings, flower arrangements, and of two yachts you have worked on.
• Deck hands/Mates: Minimum two photos of tenders you have operated, and two of yachts you have worked on.
• Engineers: Minimum two photos of enginerooms you have worked in and two of yachts you have worked on.

So we may serve you better its your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to your, licenses, certificates, current job status and location. In the near future, Elite Crew International will be able to offer you a security password so that you may access your file data on our Web site anywhere in the world.
